Queen Charlotte Square was home to the original First Baptist Church and two homes owned by the church.
When the developer purchased the land in 1986, First Baptist Church moved to a bigger space on Park Street and the buildings dozed.
The architectural style is classical.
The last Queen Charlotte condo that sold was 201 East Jefferson St #1 for $525,000 in 2021.
As of 2021, HOA fees were $250 a month and a $100 association setup/transfer fee.
The HOA is managed by Real Property.
Directions – From the Rt 250 Bypass, take Park Street towards the historic Court Square. Right on High St., Left on 4th St. NE. Right on East Jefferson. Queen Charlotte is between 3rd St. NE and 2nd St. NE.
