Harmony Charlottesville VA is an attractive, 15-home community in Ivy VA set in a park-like setting and very peaceful.

Lot sizes range from 3 to 5.4 acres.
As of Jan 2023, the median price was $754,000.
Harmony HOA fees – None!

Note – Only 3 of the 15 homes have sold since Jan 2020. The highest price paid was $875,000, the low was $730,000, and the median price was $754,000.
Albemarle County Schools that serve Harmony are Ivy Elementary (previously called Meriwether Lewis), Henley Middle, and Western Albemarle High Schools.
Location: 12 minutes west of Charlottesville & UVA.
Directions: Take 250 to Barracks Rd exit. Take a right. Continue onto Garth Rd. Left onto Harmony Dr.
My thoughts – Great location and very quiet. No amenities though which means a lot of shuttling the kiddos around on weekends. And as you know, Ivy VA real estate is hot!
I give Harmony an 8 out of 10. Why not a 10? No amenities and the architectural mix is confusing.
