What I don’t like. There are rental apartments in the community and the endless construction noise going on over by Martha Jefferson Hospital.

So if you want peace and quiet reconsider looking at other Charlottesville condos.

The median price for a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in 2022 is $287,000 and the low was $269,900.

A 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo sold for $341,000.

Carriage Hill is located in the Albemarle County School District and serves the following public schools Stone Robinson Elementary, Burley Middle, and Monticello High Schools.
