My thoughts on living in Bentivar Farm Charlottesville…
Once you get here, it’s peaceful and attractive. It is not gated and can seem a bit too quiet and boring for teenagers.
I am also not fond of the single-lane, railroad tunnel that you usually need to go under, especially during rush hour.
There are also NO amenities such as a tennis court or pool thus no HOA. So, you will find yourself carting the kids around all the time.
Albemarle County Public Schools that serve Bentivar Charlottesville VA are Baker-Butler Elementary, Sutherland Middle, and Albemarle High Schools.
